Physical HAAV gift cards can take up to a week to be delivered. If it's been longer than a week, please reach out to our customer service team who will be able to help you.
Most virtual HAAV cards are delivered to the recipient’s inbox almost instantly. In some cases, it may take a little longer for the card to be received. It’s always a good idea to ask the recipient to check their junk mail folder too.
